Livery Rides uses the information you provide to arrange and manage your ride request.
Information you provide
A ride request includes your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, trip date and time, passenger and luggage counts, and any notes you add.
How it is used
We use these details to estimate the trip, contact you about the request, and coordinate the ride with the authorized driver. Address details are sent to Mapbox to find locations and calculate driving directions.
Payments
If a ride is confirmed with a final fare, payment is handled through Stripe’s secure checkout. Livery Rides does not receive your full card number.
Request emails
If email confirmation is enabled, your email address and ride request details are sent through Resend so we can confirm receipt and provide a private link to check your request.
Access and questions
Ride details are available to the site owner and authorized driver for managing the service. Contact the person who shared this booking site with you if you have a privacy question or need help with a request.
